一、產(chǎn)品特點及用途 Features and uses
交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電力,具有高機械強度、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力好、優(yōu)良的電氣性能和耐化學(xué)腐蝕等特點,產(chǎn)品重量輕,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,使用方便。本產(chǎn)品適用于額定電壓0.6/1 kV輸配電系統(tǒng),供輸配電能之用。
阻燃型電纜的主要特點是電纜不易著火,或著火時延燃***局限在一定范圍內(nèi),適用于電纜敷設(shè)密集程度比較高的發(fā)電站、地鐵、隧道、高層建筑、大興工礦企業(yè)、油田、煤礦等場所。
耐火型電纜的主要特點是除了能在正常的工作條件下傳輸電力外,電纜在著火燃燒時仍能保持一定時間的正常運行。適用于核電站、地鐵、隧道、高層建筑等與防火安全和消防救生有關(guān)的場所。
XLPE insulated power cables, which has high mechanical robustness, good environmental stress, excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance characteristics, is simple in structure ,light in weight and convenient in applicable. This product is suitable for rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV power distribution system, for transmission and distribution of electric energy use.
The main features of flame retardant cable is not easy to catch fire,or it can confine the fire in some limited area. There fore the cable is applicable to the places where the density of cable laying is high,such as generating stations, subways, tunnels, high-rise buildings, large industrial and mining enterprises, oil field, coal mine and other places.
The fire-resistant cable is besides the power transmission under normal condition, can continue operating normally for some time when it catches fire,so it is applicable to the place which is concerned to the fires safety and fire rescue,such as nuclear power plant,subway,tunnel,high-rise building and so on.
二、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Standards
GB12706或IEC 60502及相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如:BS、VDE、JIS、AEIC等。
IEC60502 and GB12706 or the relevant domestic and international standards. Such as: BS, VDE, JIS, AEIC and so on.
三、使用特性 Product features
1、電纜導(dǎo)體***高允許工作溫度:正常運行時90 ℃,短路時(***大短路持續(xù)時間5 s)為250 ℃。
Max. admissible temperature for conductor:90 ℃ under normal running condition,250 ℃ during short circuit(max. duration not exceeding 5s).
2、電纜的敷設(shè)***低溫度為0℃,敷設(shè)時***小彎曲半徑為:
單芯電纜20(D+d)±5 %,mm
多芯電纜15(D+d)±5 %,mm
式中:D--電纜的實際外徑,mm
d--電纜導(dǎo)體的實際外徑,mm
Minimum temperature of the cable laying 0 ℃, the minimum bending radius when laid:
Single-core cable: 20 (D + d) ± 5%, mm
Multi-core cable:15 (D + d) ± 5%, mm

0.6/1 kV交聯(lián)電纜結(jié)構(gòu)包括單芯結(jié)構(gòu)、二芯結(jié)構(gòu)、三芯結(jié)構(gòu)、四芯結(jié)構(gòu)(含3+1結(jié)構(gòu))、五芯結(jié)構(gòu)(含4+1,3+2結(jié)構(gòu))等,分別見圖1-13。
0.6/1 kV XLPE cable structure comprises a single core, two core, three core, four core (including 3+1 structure ), five core structure(including 4+1,3+2 ), respectively, as shown in Figure 1-13。
六、產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù) Product structure parameters
0.6/1 kV交聯(lián)電纜主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)包括單芯電纜、二芯電纜、三芯電纜、四芯電纜(含3+1芯電纜)、五芯電纜(含4+1芯電纜,3+2芯電纜)等,分別見表6-1~6-8。
